    Helpdesk Support Agent (FS)

    o troubleshoot desktop and point of sale problems, determining a source and advising on the appropriate action. Interacting with the customer/3rd party to resolve calls as 1st line support or allocate to vendor for resolution. To project a professional Company image through phone interaction.

    Required Certification/Professional Registration None

    Qualification

    • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
    • NQF 4 - 5 Qualification in Information Technology or valid IT Certification, i.e. CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.

    Experience

    • At least 2 - 3 years' experience in a first line environment.
