Requirements

• A relevant qualification in a hospitality field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
• Engaging and professional individual with a well-groomed appearance.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Professional communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
• Willingness to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Computer literate.
• Working experience using OPERA software would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Booking of hotel rooms for guests.
• Working with booking agents.
• Performing site inspections.
• Communicating with guests and colleagues.
• General administrative tasks.
