Household Aid - Robertson Hospital at Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum educational qualification: Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Experience: Appropriate household aid experience.
• Competencies (knowledge/skills): Basic knowledge of cleaning and the use of cleaning of equipment. Ability to communicate (verbal and written).
• Inherent requirements of the job: Willingness to work weekends, overtime, public holidays, night duty. The incumbent must be able to and be willing to work shifts. The incumbent must be physically able to lift and move heavy objects and work on feet for a 12-hour shift. 

DUTIES :

• Renders effective, efficient and safe hygiene and household /food services in Langeberg Sub District. Renders support services to Household supervisor/foodservice supervisor. Contributes to effective: management of domestic responsibilities. Contributes to effective utilisation and functioning of apparatus and equipment. Adheres to loyal service ethics.
