Purpose of Job

• Execute and audit the processing of Employee Data and Benefits. Contribute to the processing centre environment, platform and agreed objectives for successful execution.

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

• Enrolments, promotions, transfers, internal appointments, secondments, separations, document management, organisational structures, study aid, long service awards, employee data changes, leave management, medical aid and retirement funds administration, housing loans, funeral benefits.
• Audit activities and maintain health checks.
• Execute all processes Execute controls.
• Ensure compliance policies, conditions of service and wage negotiations.
• Support internal and external auditors.
• Execute processes according to SLC and service offering catalogue.

Formal Education
