HR Administrator - Epping at SA Metal Group

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Human Resources department requires a committed, experienced and motivated HR Administrator to join their team

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Booking of appointments
• Compiling and generating reports for the HR team
• Compile files
• Maintain and manage the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training.
• Capturing of HR information
• General employee documentation filing
• Present new employee induction program to new joiners

QUALIFYING CRITERIA:

• 3-5 years’ experience in selection and recruitment
• Proven experience in a HR Administrator role
• Computer Literacy viz. Microsoft Office Suit
