    HR Administrator (FTC)

    About the job
    Purpose of the position

    • The HR Administrator will support the Human Resource department across HR disciplines. This position is for a fixed term and will provide exposure to various aspects of the HR field, through involvement in the administrative and coordination activities in the HR Department.

    Key Accountabilities


    • Formatting and updating the online policy and procedure manual
    • Formatting and updating all system training manuals
    • Data administration of weekly audit reports drawn from various systems
    • Vendor Administration
    • Exit Interview Administration using the HR365
    • Conducting recruitment verification checks and scheduling interviews
    • Updating Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training report data
    • Editing Job Description templates on the HR365


    • Wellness data administration and coordination of online events
    • Founders Award administration and coordination of vendors
    • Meeting coordination and diary management


    National Diploma in Human Resources

    • Bachelor’s degree or BTECH Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

    & Skills

    • At least 1 year of HR admin experience in an HR Department
    • Good understanding of HR compliance factors and the theory behind it
    • Ability to act as a company ambassador
    • Personal qualities & Behavioural Competencies
    • Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
    • Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels
    • Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment with conflicting priorities and tight timelines
