We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our company. As the HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our human resources department. Your excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing our employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing support to our employees across various HR functions.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Type and convert HR documentation to new templates.
Assist with electronic filing of documentation
Assist with the drafting of templates and other documentation
Assist in the recruitment process by assisting with some of the administrative duties.
Prepare HR-related documents regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements
Grade 12 certificate, a tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
Proven experience working as an Administrator, preferably in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
