We seek a highly skilled and experienced HRBP to join our team. As the HRBP you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the Organization, by supporting and guiding our HR policies and programs. In this position, you will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with our overall business objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of driving positive organizational change.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to and execution of HR Strategy
Guide business leaders in HR policies and procedures
Manage Employee Relations to resolve IR issues within reasonable times
Onboarding of new employees
Employee engagement
Ensure HR excellence and compliance
Manage the training requirements and the execution thereof
Monitor absenteeism for the site & and send out weekly and monthly reports to the relevant managers
Implementation of company policies and procedures •Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Prepare and submit all necessary compensation and benefits documents timeously to payroll
HR Administration
Manage events and social calendar.
Requirements
Grade 12 coupled with an HR-related degree or diploma
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as HRBP within a Manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of Human Resources Management, specifically Industrial Relations and Training and Development
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent Planning, prioritizing, and interpersonal skills.
