HR Business Partner 

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to advance your career in a multinational organisation?
Are you looking to play an integral role in the organisation providing guidance and advice to business leaders? If so, this may be the opportunity for you!. This role is full time, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday that can be homebased.

Key roles and responsibilities for a HR Business Partner are:

• Provide/ Develop strategies leadership, oversight and build capabilities within the HR space in support of the business by way of collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Manage and lead the HR environment for the African region
• Implement the integration all initiatives and possesses as per global strategies
• Ensure compliance to governance and legislative requirements
• Consult and advises managers and employees on all aspects of employee related issues, policies and procedures, misconduct, terminations, reorganisations, performance management, training and development, compensation, capacity building and planning
• Manage the employee life cycle from hire to retire
• HRIS capturing, track and report on staffing, retention, attrition and other necessary data to monitor HR data
• Manage benefits, liaising with vendors for provident fund, pension fund and medical aid
• Oversee the payroll function
• Drive the development of a cultures that embraces change and promote transparent communication, high performance and delivery

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will require the following skills and experience:

• A tertiary qualification in HR Management
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working as a HR Manager, covering a number of different HR areas including recruitment, labour relations, training and development, talent management, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement
• Must have practical hands-on experience in working with SETA’s, BBBEE, EE and other legislative submissions and extensive understanding of all regulatory requirements relevant to HR – Basic Condition s of employment Act, Employment equity, Health and Safety compliance
• Demonstrated success in advising management on HR related matters
• Full working knowledge of SAGE, VIP (payroll) and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong cognitive skills, with the ability to think, read, learn, reason, interpret and pay attention to detail in daily operations and tasks.
• Show meticulous attention to detail in recording patient information and data ensuring any queries are acted upon in a timely and efficient manner
• Organised individual with the ability to handle high volumes of work and multitask on a daily basis and meeting deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle constant change
