- Qualification Matric , National Certificate (NCV)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Senior Certificate or equivalent plus a Recognized National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development (NQF level 6).
- A valid driver's license. Persal knowledge will be an added advantage.
DUTIES:
- Recruitment and selection (Advertisements, appointments, transfers, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods etc).
- Implement conditions of services (leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, PILIR etc.). Performance management. Termination of services
