    HR Coordinator Operations

     

    Job Description

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Providing advice, guidance and support to employees and line managers on a broad range of people related matters HR issues including the interpretation of policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment; managing discipline and grievances, resourcing, and workforce planning; and effective utilisation of the performance review process.
    • Ensuring effective manning of jobs and teams according to plans
    • Maintaining Operational functions comply with all obligations under relevant employee consultation processes.
    • Leading and developing the performance of the team in line with AAP performance management system and company values, in order to achieve objectives.
    • Keeping accurate and complete Labour information
    • Maintaining up-to-date information on people movement including promotions, transfers secondment and exits.
    • Providing independent support on a range of Labour Management issues in conjunction with the relevant HR Line Managers and Supervisors
    • Supporting and reinforcing people change programme interventions including up skilling of managers in e.g., Employee Relations
    • Providing effective HR administration with accurate and timely information in line with established standards and processes

    This role is in the HR Department at a Band 6 level reporting to the Senior HR Manager

    Qualifications

    • NQF 7 Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Human Resource management or Industrial Psychology.

    Experience:

    • At least five years Human Resources Mining experience, of which two years must be at management level.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Proficient in Computer literacy
    • Computer literate for role including SAP HR
    • Competent in Operations HR systems and related legislation
