Lead the HR function or sub-function within the organization, developing and implementing HR plans that support overall business objectives. Work actively in a matrixed organization, partnering closely with HR COE leadership and Leadership business to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions and ensure seamless, strategic HR support across the business. Translate the company's mission, vision, and strategy into specific goals and actionable plans for the HR function.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of business and HR strategies by aligning departmental objectives with organisational goals and inspiring high performance
Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, embedding an AI Fluency culture through change management, training, and governance
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner across functions
Develop and execute functional strategies, business plans, budgets, workforce plans, and performance targets
Strengthen organisational capability through talent gap analysis, leadership coaching, succession planning, and performance management
Provide expert HR advice and manage stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and transformation
Leverage HR data, analytics, and AI tools to improve engagement, optimise services, and enable evidence-based insights
Lead development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and data management processes ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Requirements
Requires 10–15 years of expert-level HR and business leadership experience, along with 3–6 years managing people and resources to achieve strategic business outcomes
Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and regulatory environments with the ability to deliver strategic plans
Demonstrated ability to apply AI responsibly to solve business challenges, including problem framing, prompt development, and risk management
Proven experience building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders through effective communication and presentation
Expertise in organisational design, change management, and fostering an adaptive, resilient culture
Experience using HR analytics, systems, and data management practices to support workforce planning and decision-making
Ability to interpret financial and operational data to guide business decisions and priorities
Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives
Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
