Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring high accuracy, compliance with local tax laws, and timely processing.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, fostering a positive and compliant working environment.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment and selection process to secure top-tier clinical and administrative talent.
• Performance & Compliance: Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor laws, health and safety regulations).
• Policy Development: Nurture a positive working environment and continuously refine internal HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a highly related field.
• Experience: Proven working experience as an HR Manager, specifically within a corporate or healthcare environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on experience managing and executing payroll systems is an absolute must-have for this role.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR/IR best practices.
• Attributes: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
