HR Manager - Sandton at MG Attorneys

We’re Looking For:

An HR Manager with a strategic mindset, ready to lead our human resources operations. This role is pivotal for someone who can bridge business strategies with effective HR management, enabling MG Attorneys to meet both our immediate needs and long-term goals. The position requires a proactive individual to oversee our recruitment processes and to nurture the growth of our talent.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability
• A minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally within the legal sector.
• An HR Diploma/Degree is preferred.
• Must be located within 10-15km of our Sandton HQ at 151 Katherine St, Sandown, Sandton, 2196, for immediate availability.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, notably in Google Workspace.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, including BCEA, EE, LRA, and a commitment to equality and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the recruitment process, from job posting to the integration of new hires, ensuring alignment with MG Attorney’s strategic direction.
• Screen candidates effectively, maintaining a high standard of recruitment and selection.
• Provide timely HR support and advice across all key HR processes, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
