HR Practitioner: Business and Employee Enablement at Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To support a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service utilising human resources tools and services to facilitate a positive, sustainable employee experience within a value-based culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Support Business Performance through people management enablement
• Facilitate Human Resources Service Delivery
• Enable talent management
• Support workforce and remuneration management
• Coordinate employee wellness and engagement initiatives and related events
• Enable transformation through fair HR practice

• Diploma in Human Resources

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources or related environment
