    Electrician

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To provide electrical services  and perform maintenance, repairs and replacements on all electrical systems, infrastructure and equipment to locality

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Perform Technical jobs within Locality 
    • Perform administration duties within the Technical function
    • Identify and mitigate Technical risks within the Locality
    • Coordinate work performed by on-site contractors within the Locality
    • Maintain client and stakeholder relations within Technical function

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Essential:

    • NQF level 4 Electrical qualification with compulsory subjects - Mathematics, Science or Industrial Electronics, or Electro-Technology or equivalent
    • Trade Test Certification: Electrical (3-phase)
    • Wireman's licence (Installation Electrician 3-phase) or equivalent Namibian registration (if applicable)
    • Code B driver's licence with own reliable transport

    Accounts Controller

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To optimise revenue by ensuring that an accurate account is generated for each patient and the patient file contains all the relevant supporting documentation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Accurate and timeous billing of all charted items used during the patient's stay
    • Complete all patient files and ensure these contain all documents as well as a final billed account
    • Utilise and control applicable reports to ensure prompt finalisation and rendering of accounts
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication with other departments

    • ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12

    Nurse Educator

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To present and facilitate Higher Education and Training programmes and courses to Mediclinic students and employees in order to acquire competence (incl. cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills) as independent healthcare practitioners on completion of training.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Ensure compliance to Higher Education & Training and American Heart Association (AHA) standards
    • Design and assess learning material and interventions
    • Facilitate learning process, incl. theoretical and clinical facilitation
