    HRBP Supply - Isipingo

    Job Description :

    Purpose of Role

    • This position will work closely with the Supply Chain Leadership Team (both Isipingo & Waterfall), and will lead and manage the end-to-end People/HR agenda within the Supply function, reporting into the HR Director.  Ensuring the business objectives are achieved through the utilization and deployment of the programmes, tools, policies & frameworks and the monitoring (through agreed SLAs) and supporting HR services delivered via the HR Solutions team.
    • Moreover, the role holder will be responsible for positively impacting individual and business performance within the Supply Organization using the levers of Organization Effectiveness, Talent, Reward and Engagement. Work with the business leaders to create a high-performance growth culture that drives outstanding business results. 

    Top Accountabilities

    • Ability to build great relationships/partnerships with the business/function taking accountability for the delivery of the HR strategy and performance working in conjunction with the Service Delivery team to deliver HR Services to the market or function
    • Work with the HRD and our partner teams to support the joint responsibility to deliver the Organisation Effectiveness agenda - translating the business strategy into a strategy that delivers cost efficiencies, organisational effectiveness. In so doing, drive the end to end change, pulling the levers of capability, process, WOW, structure, culture and leadership behaviours. Ensure the full remit of HR agenda is delivered in market/function  
    • Responsible for the deployment and embedding of Global HR initiatives in the market or functions, including roll out of HR policies and procedures
    • Partner with business stakeholders to build high performing teams, coaching line managers to create an environment which is clear on performance management putting in rigour and consistency – a key focus is on growing diversity within our organisation
    • Analysis and use of data to understand trends & issues and meet the business needs
    • Labour Relations - Work with site leaders and the union to maintain a positive labour relations environment. Lead the preparation and co-lead the negotiation of the site’s Collective Bargaining Agreement. Represent the company at the CCMA
    • Resourcing – own and manage the manpower resources including planning on an annualised basis for optimised headcount management
