1. Work Output Description
- Responsible to facilitate and assess employees in the discipline specific skills required for their roles.
2. Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 /Matric Certificate or equivalent (ODETDP Level 4)
- ODETDP Level 3 required
- Assessor Qualification is required
- 3 Years Human Resources Development Facilitation experience required
- 3 Years Mining environment related experience required
3. Advantageous
- National Certificate: Mining Operations for Underground Hardrock (Team Leader)
