Human Resource Business Partner at Busamed

• The HRBP should provide a full generalist HR function to the relevant business unit(s), including recruitment, performance management, training and development, IR and general HR administration and reporting.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
• Relevant HR – Related Diploma / Degree
• Computer literacy

Work Experience

• Two or more years of experience in a private hospital would be advantageous
• 2 to 3 years Human Resource experience
• Experience on the SAP HRIS & Kronos will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills essential
• Highly motivated, energetic and able to handle pressure

Knowledge

• Employee Records, Payroll & Employee Benefits - Coordinate all payroll input documentation monthly, including documentation related to new employees and terminations, salary adjustments, changes to benefits, and any other instructions that affect the monthly payroll. Ensure that all authorisations have been obtained before submission and processing of payroll and that information is accurate and complete
• Performance, Talent and Career Management
• Succession Planning
• Employee Engagement
• Monthly reporting submission
• Drive EE and Skills Development initiatives in line with group targets.
• Managing of Hospitals Individual Performance Development Plans – IPD’s
• Able to Present quarterly HR insights and trends to EXCO
