Key Performance Areas

• Implement human resource administration practices (Recruitment and Selection, Advertisements, Appointments, Transfer, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods e.g.).
• Implement conditions of services (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation, Pension, Allowances, PILIR or etc.)
• Performance Management Systems.
• Termination of service.

Prerequisites

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Computer Literacy.
• A qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Except for persons with disabilities).

• Knowledge and understanding of legislative framework governing Public Service, Information Systems, negotiation skills, analytical skills, Computer Literacy. Analytical thinking skills, Advanced financial management.
