Prerequisites

• A National Senior Certificate / an equivalent plus an appropriate qualification (NQF 6) in Human Resource Development/ Management/ Public Administration / Office Administration or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA)
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the same or related field.
• Valid driver’s license (with exception of persons with disabilities)

Person Profile

• Sound and in-depth knowledge of relevant prescripts and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service i.e. Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act, Public Finance Management Act,
• Experience of, and insight into legislation which impacts on human resource development, Computer Literacy, PFMA, Organizing skills, Verbal and written communication, Interpersonal relations, Planning and Organizational Skills, Report Writing.
• Record management, Negotiation, Supervisory, Problem solving, Analytical thinking, People Management, Financial Solving, Planning & Organizing, Time Management, Strategic Planning, Good Communication Skills, Group dynamics
