    Human Resources Intern Programme

    The successful incumbent will be exposed to the following Key performance Areas within the HR Unit: 

    • Recruitment and selection.
    • Training and development.
    • Performance management.
    • Labour / Employee Relations.
    • HR Information Systems.
    • General administration.
    • Employee wellness.

    Skills required

    • Good communication both written and verbal.
    • Sound interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Resilience and agility.

    Minimum requirements 

    • National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or related field at NQF Level 6.

    Advantage

    • Knowledge of the mining and minerals sector will be advantageous.
