A Matric Certificate plus a National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant qualification at the National Qualifications Framework Level Six (6) as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA);
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in various Human Resource (HR) administration environment.
Working knowledge and experience of Personnel and Salary System (Persal)
Certificate in Persal will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Policies and Procedures governing the public sector.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Facilitate and perform Recruitment and Selection function.
Implement and perform conditions of service functions.
Process and implement service termination.
Provide support in training and Development.
Provide support in performance management.
Provide support in Employee Health and Wellness Programme.
Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Provide advice and perform other Human Resource administration duties.
