    Researcher: Policy and Legislation

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric certificate plus a postgraduate qualification in Political Sciences/Law/Public Policy at National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 8 as recognised by South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing legislation or policies or monitoring implementation of policy or legislation.
    • Knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Policies and Procedures governing the public sector
    • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and be well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, interpretation and report writing

    REQUIREMENTS

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric certificate plus a National Diploma in Archives and Records management and Library Science or equivalent relevant qualification at National Qualification Framework (NQF) level six (6) as recognised by South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA);
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Records and Registry Services environment.

    Senior Security Compromise Officer: Legal Division: POPIA

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric certificate plus an LLB Degree at National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 8 as recognised by South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the monitoring, compliance and enforcement environment of which three (3) years must be at a supervisory level.

    REQUIREMENTS
