ICT Administrator / Supervisor, Stutterheim at Sheldon Recruitment

• An established company is seeking an ICT Administrator / Supervisor for a permanent role based in Stutterheim, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria:

• BSC IT / IT Management or : MCSE / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or equivalent); AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals; SC-900 Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals;  MTCNA MikroTik Certified Network Associate;  Other relevant Microsoft or networking certifications
• 8+ years system admin experience and proven ICT leadership
• Extensive MS Windows domain exp; as well as hybrid cloud & on-prem environment
• Linux experience advantageous

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• ICT Operations & User Support – daily support; incident management; production support
• Infrastructure & Systems Management – server; manage VMware & SAN storage
• Network & Connectivity Management – manage connectivity; maintain segmentation
• MS 365 & Cloud Storage – administer Exchange online; SharePoint; OneDrive; Teams; Azure Active Directory & Power BI
• User Access & Identity Management – manage AD & Azare AD; onboarding and offboarding
• Security, Backup & Disaster Recovery – protection and backups; restore testing/DR planning
• ICT Projects & Continuous Improvement – infrastructure & system updates; UAT & rollouts
• Internal Application Development & Support – develop / support Node.js, Express, EJS applications; SQL Server backend support
• Vendor, Licenses and Asset Management – manage vendors, licenses, renewals and assets
• Team leadership / governance – supervise ICT team members
