The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating, planning, coordinating, and implementing learnerships, Internships and Impact Resourcing projects. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department: Human Resources
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Have a thorough understanding of the SAQA / NQF framework (this is a great advantage)
Have project management capabilities – scope, initiate and manage the project to execution.
Be able to work independently.
Have administrative competence.
The ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels including; clients, SETAs, trainers and learners.
Excellent Organization and coordination skills.
Be able to solve problems.
Have written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to handle pressure.
Ability to plan, control and organize work and take own initiative.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
