    In-Store XP (Off & Online) Manager

    Responsible for assisting in the developing and implementing of channel marketing plans; maintains sales and marketing statistics; researches on and develops pricing policy; assess sales channels; assists with product promotion. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

    Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

    • Designing strategies on how to apply visual identity systems around E2E consumer journey and shopper path (both online and offline) to drive consistency in line with on the targeted experience.
    • Being the guardian to make sure path to purchases (both online and offline) are seamlessly integrated.
    • Developing plans to ensure that all expressions of the brand on afore-mentioned consumer and shopper journeys remain true to the essence of the brand, especially in the online and offline points of sale.
    • Thinking analytically and creatively about the role of various forms of content in creating a seamless offline and online experience.
    • Responsible for developing initiatives that elevate the experience of brands in the offline and online points of sale, and therefore increase the company’s transactions.
    • Mastering how visual identity systems should be applied to strengthen the power of the brand / brand message across all platforms and offline & online media/ connection points.
    • Partnering with Brand Experience Consistency Design, Shopper and Consumer Engagement Teams to ensure brand design on specific content is coherent and the experience is flawless across any brand touchpoint, being multidimensional and relevant to consumers and shoppers.

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree

    Related Work ExperienceFunctional Skills

    • Significant Creative Development and Design Strategy Experience (6-8 years).
    • Designer with direct experience with design development, logo design, graphics, packaging, art direction and branding and working with design agencies.
    • Preference for experience in shopper marketing.
    • Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred.
    • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
