    Production Excellence Senior Manager

    Key SUCCESS PARAMETERS

    Experience

    • Significant production and content development experience (12-15 years), including working in or with production agencies.
    • Direct experience with productions across all media types, including campaign development, immersive experience development, talent payment and production studios
    • Preference for production studio experience, creative agency experience and event management experience (either as a Client Lead or as a Lead Producer)
    • Experience working with content creation, and creative design is preferred
    • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred

    Work Focus

    • Ability to work with agencies and content creators around the world
    • Ability to lead production pipeline for campaigns and projects across categories and multiple touch points
    • Deep understanding of the evolved content landscape, new forms of content with a specific focus on immersive and experiential productions and the modular content production
    • Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e.: agencies, production houses, media companies, influencers)
    • Knowledge of: Creative strategy; Experience design; Production KPIs
    • Design thinking capability
    • Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams

    Communication Focus

    • Role will require frequent communication with OU IMX Lead, OU Assets and Partnerships Lead, Global Production Lead, Global IMX lead and OU Category Creative Strategy Leads and Consumer and Shopper Engagement Leads and similar counterparts in other OUs
    • Role will collaborate with multiple Categories and IMX sub-functions
    • Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly creative agencies and production and talent companies

    In-Store XP (Off & Online) Manager

    Responsible for assisting in the developing and implementing of channel marketing plans; maintains sales and marketing statistics; researches on and develops pricing policy; assess sales channels; assists with product promotion. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

    Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

    • Designing strategies on how to apply visual identity systems around E2E consumer journey and shopper path (both online and offline) to drive consistency in line with on the targeted experience.
    • Being the guardian to make sure path to purchases (both online and offline) are seamlessly integrated.
    • Developing plans to ensure that all expressions of the brand on afore-mentioned consumer and shopper journeys remain true to the essence of the brand, especially in the online and offline points of sale.
    • Thinking analytically and creatively about the role of various forms of content in creating a seamless offline and online experience.
    • Responsible for developing initiatives that elevate the experience of brands in the offline and online points of sale, and therefore increase the company’s transactions.
    • Mastering how visual identity systems should be applied to strengthen the power of the brand / brand message across all platforms and offline & online media/ connection points.
    • Partnering with Brand Experience Consistency Design, Shopper and Consumer Engagement Teams to ensure brand design on specific content is coherent and the experience is flawless across any brand touchpoint, being multidimensional and relevant to consumers and shoppers.

    Brand Identity Systems, VIS, Pack Design Senior Manager Africa

    Overview

    • OU Brand Identity Systems, VIS and Packaging Design Senior Manager’s primary focus area will be:
    • Responsible for all aspects of the local and designated regional brands’ brand identity system, to continuously drive relevance to the target audience and to protect the integrity of the brands’ experiences
    • Designing the Brand Identity Systems’ creative and art direction, as well as the needed playbooks / toolkits for the local and designated regional brands
    • Developing brand identity systems that are seamless across any brand touchpoint, multidimensional and relevant to consumers and shoppers
    • Thinking analytically and creatively about the role of various forms of content and developing solutions on how visual identity systems should be applied to strengthen the power of the brand / brand message across all platforms and media
    • Developing visual identity systems and packaging design for local or designated regional brands (where Lead OU)
    • Designing strategies and ensuring VIS and packaging solutions are relevant and attractive to the consumers / shoppers to drive accelerated transactions and consumer pull on both analog and digital shelves
    • Thinking analytically and creatively about the role of VIS and packaging to strengthen the power of brand / brand message
    • Ensuring visual identity systems contain clear directives, sufficient modularity and detailed guidelines to be seamlessly applied to any brand touchpoint, in a multidimensional way
    • Proposing authentic, proprietary and innovative packaging design solutions that can differentiate and strengthen the brand on analog and digital shelves
    • Lead the thinking on how to apply visual identity systems around E2E consumer journey and shopper paths (both online and offline) to drive consistency in line with on the experience
    • Partnering with external agencies to develop authentic and compelling design and tone of voice tools, such as logo style guides, go-to-market asset frameworks, directives and guidelines, VIS and Packaging solutions, that are designed for maximum effectiveness across variants and SKUs
