Independent Contractor: Teaching Experience Supervisor (Foundation Phase) (Part Time) at ADvTECH

Key Performance Areas

• Maintain good relations while at schools by upholding the IIEs Varsity College’s good reputation.
• Evaluating teaching experience lessons and providing students with valuable feedback and guidance.
• Directing students to good teaching practice and ethics within the teaching profession.
• Communicate with students and staff effectively.
• Have a flexible schedule to accommodate student evaluations during school hours.

Minimum Education Requirements: 

• An Honours (NQF8) and or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (at NQF level 8) in Education.
• The undergraduate or postgraduate qualification must include a focus on teaching at the Foundation Phase and/or Early Childhood Teaching.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the foundation phase in which they will supervise students.
