    Inside Sales Executive

    About the job

    Job Description

    • Communicating with customers as per given KPI's; making outbound calls & emails to potential customers, and channeling leads to Business Development Manager (BDM) and Channel Manager

    • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing basic technical info & explanations as required

    • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities

    • Keeping up with product and service information and updates

    • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers whilst updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes and follow up required

    • Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management & productivity, maintaining a workspace that is clean, organized and professional

     

    Skills Required

    • Previous experience of 1-2 years covering Inside sales, Lead-generation or related sales position is required

    • Good prospecting skills

    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with fluency in English and dominant local dialects

    • Good organizational skills with ability to multitask

    • Be naturally KPI driven and ability to achieve targets set

    • Excellent phone and cold calling skills

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    • Strong listening and sales skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, word and outlook

    • Natural team player
