    Installation Technician - Bloemfontein

    Job Description

    • Installation and/or repairs of SVR units
    • Installation and/or repairs of fleet units
    • Ensure optimal number of fitments per day
    • Correct usage and updates on Moitech device
    • Effective resolution of technical and client queries and escalate as required
    • Providing relevant feedback and resolutions to all relevant parties in specified time lines
    • Deliver professional interaction at all times and adhere to relevant SOP, SLA's
    • Comply to SOP, SLA's, Policies and Procedures at all times
    • Adhere to specific installation/repair TIG (technical installation guide) and product TIGs
    • Meet relevant quality standards at all times

    Education

    • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
