Intermediate UX UI Digital Designer at DeARX Services (Pty) Ltd

• Were looking for a highly skilled Intermediate UI/UX Designer to support the Business Units transformation programme. This role will focus on the end-to-end design of both web and mobile experiences for Corporate and Consumer features, driving intuitive and responsive digital journeys within an Agile squad.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Agile team alongside Developers and Feature Analysts to deliver on business-led design objectives

Design and deliver:

• User flows
• Wireframes
• UI mock-ups
• Hi-fi prototypes
• Design specifications and assets
• Ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder feedback, design system standards, and accessibility requirements
• Provide ongoing design QA and support during development and UAT cycles
• Monthly Feature Deliverables (via Figma):
• DCO Query Management
• Corporate Limit Management
• Business-to-Business Payments
• Consumer Mobile App Look & Feel
• Virtual Card Experience
• OmniHub Corporate Access

Acceptance Criteria:

• Deliverables must meet:
• Visual and UX consistency with brand guidelines
• Clear, responsive design principles
• Functional, mobile-first workflows
• Proper design system integration
• Stakeholder sign-off and QA readiness

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with proven Agile delivery
• Strong command of Figma and component-based design thinking
• Mobile and web UX experience, ideally with financial services platforms
• Comfortable facilitating design discussions and collaborating in high-performance teams
• Excellent attention to detail and usability best practices
