    Intermediate Typescript Backend Developer (Node JS & Linux)

    • We're seeking an Intermediate Backend Developer with a strong foundation in TypeScript, Node.js, and Linux-based environments to support backend systems across the African region. This role is part of a high-impact portfolio focused on scalable backend service development, process automation, and infrastructure support. While API integration is part of the scope, the real focus lies in core backend logic, event processing, and system orchestration.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain robust backend modules using Node.js (Express or NestJS) and TypeScript
    • Operate confidently in Linux environments: process management, shell scripting, log analysis
    • Support background services, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing pipelines
    • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that aligns with modern coding standards
    • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
    • Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and assist with backend deployments and automation

    Key Technical Requirements

    • Node.js (Express/NestJS) - Strong experience building backend logic and services TypeScript Proficient with backend development patterns
    • Linux OS Confident navigating, configuring, and debugging processes
    • Async Programming Deep understanding of Promises, async/await, and the Event Loop Databases

    Intermediate UX UI Digital Designer

    • Were looking for a highly skilled Intermediate UI/UX Designer to support the Business Units transformation programme. This role will focus on the end-to-end design of both web and mobile experiences for Corporate and Consumer features, driving intuitive and responsive digital journeys within an Agile squad.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate within an Agile team alongside Developers and Feature Analysts to deliver on business-led design objectives

    What's the Mission?

    Your Role:

    • Own the end-to-end integration architecture for the new Workbench platform.
    • Design robust, secure, and scalable integration patterns across business domains and systems.
    • Work alongside business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to bring the To-Be vision to life.
    • Define data flows, system touchpoints, service contracts, and integration specifications.

    Project Coordinator (Sandton)

    • Are you a master of schedules, a wrangler of chaos, and a secret spreadsheet ninja? Do you live for timelines, dependencies, and the satisfying click of a project puzzle falling into place? Then step into the cockpit were looking for a Project Coordinator to help navigate high-impact projects to a smooth and successful landing.

    What you will be getting up to:

    • Build and align WBS plans from product backlogs or scopes like a true architect of order.
    • Facilitate and gather inputs to develop realistic, achievable project schedules (Waterfall, Agile you speak both).
    • Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to chart clear and compelling flight plans (aka project milestones).
    • Hunt down and fix schedule inconsistencies before they derail the mission.
    • Monitor the critical path and dependencies like a hawk (internal and external).
    • Keep everyone in the loop report on deviations, risks, and progress like a true comms Jedi.
    • Sync costs to approved business cases because precision matters.
    • Keep schedules fresh, relevant, and governance-approved.
    • Manage tools like JIRA, Confluence, SAP, Ariba, and MS Project like a backstage magician.

    What you will track & tame:

    • Variances from baselines
    • Burn rates, spend forecasts, and resource allocations
    • Scope changes, risks, issues, and contracts
    • User stories, EPICs, and resource access across the Agile universe
    • Actuals vs forecasts and make sure they match like PB&J

    What you bring to the table:

    • MS Project 2010+ Certification
    • Solid project management quals
    • Agile training from a recognized institution (bonus points if you can quote the manifesto!)
    • 3-5 years' experience scheduling projects/programmes
    • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint mojo
    • Advanced scheduling skills: Critical Path Method, PERT, EVM (the full toolkit)
    • A knack for making sense of complex data, finance tracking, and reporting
    • Excellent communication chops and the ability to keep everyone calm, focused, and informed
