KEY PERFORMANCE AREA - FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS / ACTIONS 

ADMINISTRATION

• Maintain Administrative processes:
• Management of the day-to-day activities within the Company Secretariat office.
• Ensure administration is concluded in accordance with internal governance and policy requirements
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with policies
• Create and update records and databases
• Practical learning exposure in governance

AD HOC

• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Manager
• Internal: All divisions within AgriSETA
• External: Accounting Authority, DHET and other Stakeholders assigned to the Office of the CEO Administration

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• National Diploma NQF level 6 in Public Administration/ Corporate Governance or Equivalent
• No working experience required.
