    Internal Client Services - Clients & Industries - Marketing Consultant

    Job Description
    Main Purpose of Job

    • To support team in delivery of services to internal clients in relevant area of expertise

    • Under minimal guidance, supports the team in the delivery of services to clients in line with the defined strategic objectives

    • Assists in developing a robust and well considered strategic marketing plan, aligned with business strategy and objectives

    Implementation and monitoring of the marketing plan.

    • Translates marketing objectives into clear and comprehensive briefs that ensure accurate understanding and direction.
    • Assist in producing and implementing marketing collateral, including but not limited to relevant online and digital content
    • Proactively ensures that relevant website and digital / online content is maintained and up to date.

    • Ensure communication with relevant stakeholders is proactive and regular

    • Pro-actively manage difficult situations by appropriately escalating the matter to the line manager or managing

    • Ensures that all deliverables are delivered on time and proactively advises line manager of any issues regarding delivery to address with client timeously.

    • Ensures all initiatives are measured and impact is tracked: performance and return on investment and activities and marketing channel effectiveness, both quantitatively and qualitatively for all initiatives.
    • Responsible for producing a close out report for each initiative

    • Understands service offerings and products of the firm and supports the business growth targets.
    • Develops and builds relationships with wider teams and stakeholders (including global MF counterparts) and seeks opportunities for collaboration across marketing and broader C&I teams

    • Understands the brand attributes of Innovation, Impact and Leadership and seeks opportunities to incorporate brand positioning into marketing initiatives
    • Consistently complies with Deloitte brand and corporate identity guidelines and produces documents and work of appropriate quality and compliance

    Financial Management

    • Responsible for tracking the agreed budget for all initiatives and ensure any anomalies are raised with the line manager timeously.
    • Actively endeavour to ensure budget it spent cost effectively by considering numerous quotes where appropriate.
