Internal Communication Specialist: Culture and Engagement at Derivco

Responsibilities:

Internal Communication Delivery

• Leading brainstorms and research with communication content development teams and other internal stakeholders to create internal communication concept options.
• Managing the internal communications calendar to support changing business priorities.
• Planning communication initiatives and campaigns that address stakeholder communication needs based on the organisation's communication's calendar.
• Presenting communication concepts and execution plans for approval.
• Working with communication content delivery teams to create communication content that meet stakeholder requirements based on communication and brand guidelines and standards.
• Working with communication platform teams to deliver communication content as per agreed communication planning.
• Managing multiple communication projects from design to completion, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget meeting the organization's quality standards.
• Measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of internal communication to continually improve.

Internal Communication Delivery

• Collaborating with the Culture & Engagement Lead to establish and improve the internal communication processes and standards in line with the brand guidelines and strategy.
• Developing and maintaining internal communication templates that drives consistency in messaging and tone.
• Developing and executing an internal service delivery improvement plan that supports the culture and engagement service strategy.

Stakeholder Management

• Managing stakeholders through regular communication, updates and feedback on requests.
• Estimating the effort required for the team's work, adjusting delivery plans when required and keeping stakeholders informed of changes and dependencies.

Skills and Experience:

• At least six years experience in an internal communications role
• Ideally hold a relevant Diploma or Degree
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
