    • ...an exceptional recruiter to help us with our own hiring and be our internal talent acquisition manager. Working within our growing people team, you’ll be hiring roles such as talent partners, talent acquisitions specialists, researchers, sales people, marketers and any other roles our growing business needs. We’ve doubled in size over the last 2 years and this growth is not slowing down so this is a good opportunity to join at a really exciting time.


     YOU WILL…….

    • hire for teams in a variety of business units
    • drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle to ensure high quality pipeline and timely delivery of hires.
    • source candidates; you will use a range of deep sourcing techniques to find candidates, both on Linkedin and on other platforms.
    • be the custodian of our recruitment process and talent pipeline
    • deeply understand our business, knowing the roles, what great talent looks like, the objectives of our business and how it fits into our talent strategy.
    • create a world class candidate experience
    • Maintain the high standards we’re setting for an inclusive and fair hiring process as well as flag it to us if you see anything that needs improving, there always is.
    • review, revise/or craft job descriptions that are engaging and accurately capture targeted candidate profile;
    • Partner with hiring managers to screen and review resumes; conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and educate candidates on our business and organization as they engage in the interview process;


    Requirements
     WHAT YOU”LL HAVE IN THE LOCKER...

    • at least 2 years experience within a recruitment role, either in-house or at an agency.
    • strong headhunting capabilities
    • have excellent communication skills and be able to convey our value proposition in a compelling way
    • be super proactive and comfortable in a hyper-growth environment.
    • you are rigorous in your approach with strict attention to detail
    • an 'all hands on deck'/ start-up mindset
    • A data-driven approach to hiring. You know how to look at metrics, translate them into actionable insights and plan ahead
