Your responsibilities will include:

• Take hands on ownership for the delivery into various roles within Aston Holmes
• Collaborating, partnering, and building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Source & engage exceptional talent across SA, UK and US
• Ability to effectively assess candidates at 1st interview stage
• Deliver an amazing candidate experience
• Map & research talent and target diverse talent using innovative tools and platforms 
• Run with the offer stage and providing all necessary information to the operational manager to draft contracts
• Manage the MIE and Reference checks for each candidate in the process
• Form part of the onboarding process of each new employee
• Assist with any ad hoc projects from a people operational perspective

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrable record of accomplishment of working on Rec2Rec roles within an RPO, agency or internal environment
• Previous experience in running with the full cycle of recruitment
• Comfortable running behavioral interviews for talent across US, UK and SA
• Passionate about delivering a rewarding candidate and hiring manager experience
• Strong delivery focus on research, mapping, and sourcing and familiar with the latest innovations and sourcing
