Internal Sales Person (JBH South) at BPW Axles (Pty) Ltd

PURPOSE OF JOB

• To assist customers in a professional, prompt and ethical manner and to sell and promote BPW’s products effectively. 
• To record and process all OEM Customer axle quotations, orders and queries ensuring prompt response and agreed delivery dates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing and checking of OEM Orders and following up of Order Confirmation (OC)
• To follow up with customers on stock shortages
• Expediting orders with Planning and Production department and confirmation of delivery and / or delays.
• To Ensure correct pricing information is available to customers
• To deal with telephonic queries and requests from OEM’s
• System Hygiene (OE Customers)
• Daily order intake summary
• Monthly reports for sales meetings
• Nurture and maintain sound internal departmental relationships

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Able to handle pressure at all times
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Good understanding of sales administration
• Knowledge and understanding of all BPW Products
• Good Communication Skills
