Internship Digital Assistant: Phalaphala FM at The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC)

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

• The purpose of this job is to assist the Digital Specialist and Marketing Manager to oversee, develop, manage, track, optimize the SABC Radio digital properties and resources in quest to maximize and deliver strategic value to the SABC and all its stakeholders.  The role also includes the coordination of SABC Radio digital campaigns and projects with all SABC Radio digital and associated personnel in order to drive the efficient and effective delivery across all digital properties.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in creating , coordinating and monitoring marketing content for social media, websites, and other communication platforms.
• Support the coordination of events, activations, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• National Diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent relevant qualification. ((NQF level 6)
• Matric.
