Investigator (Limpopo) at King Price Insurance

Purpose of position:

• Investigating and validating claims in the Limpopo area.

Responsibilities:

• Examining all claim-related facts in order to determine the validity of a claim
• Managing multiple claims with confidence and accuracy
• Making decisions and recommendations on claims
• Interviewing claimants and witnesses
• Compiling detailed reports

Requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ short term insurance claims experience
• Have a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof
• Currently residing in Limpopo
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• RE5 qualification and FAIS credits (advantageous)
