The overall purpose of this position is to manage the Industrial Relations. It includes the handling of Disciplinary Hearings, Grievances, CCMA/Labour Court matters and ensure that proper procedure is followed within.
This position will also report directly to the Regional Manager and Regional IR Manager. You will also be required to work closely with Branch Managers.
