    Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative 

    Are you fluent in Italian (reading, writing and speaking)? Do you have excellent customer service experience? Then we have the job for you!  Our client, who specializes in handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries within the Airline and Aviation industry, is looking to hire an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their amazing team in Cape Town, South Africa. The ideal candidate for this roll must be fluent in Italian and English and with excellent customer service or sales experience. Experience within the tourism and travel industries is advantageous.

    Work Type: Office based 

    Working Hours: Flexible Shifts (Monday-Sunday)

    Requirements:

    • Matric or equivalent qualification 
    • Fluency (reading, writing and speaking) in Italian and English 
    • Expert level PC literacy skills 
    • Experience in Call Centre / Travel / Tourism Industries advantageous 
    • Customer service orientation 
    • Exceptional customer care with courteous attitude 
    • Positive attitude and motivated mindset 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries utilizing available contact center systems and programs 
    • Assisting customers with flight bookings/ re-bookings/ cancellation of flights in Italian and  
    • Identify the customer’s needs, up sell additional products/services and offer personalized service in line with quality and training directives 
    • Complete administrative tasks relating to servicing and resolving customer requests in a focused and efficient manner 
    • Able to apply initiative to solve problems and improve work processes
