Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our team. The responsibilities of this role include developing original, clear, and concise copy for a range of digital channels that aim to inform and engage our target audiences.
Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, willing-to-learn, and imaginative creative with an eye for detail and a love of language. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight wherever you go, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Interpreting copywriting briefs and executing them on time.
Collaborating with designers on large- and small-scale marketing projects.
Creating inspiring content for various digital marketing channels, from social media to blogs.
Assisting the Content Marketing Associate in executing a content strategy.
Ensuring consistency of tone within and across Yoyo’s unique product stack.
Continually improving the appeal of Yoyo’s content through analysis and insight.
Requirements:
We are looking for a creative, native English speaker who possesses:
0-2 years of work experience (ideally in a digital content production environment).
A Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in a field related to language/marketing/communications).
A passion for language and literature, with a flawless grasp of spelling and grammar.
Clear creative flair and a knack for compelling research-based writing.
Ability to work well within a team, as well as on your own.
Excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Experience with SEO
Strong research skills
Qualifications
0-2 years of work experience (ideally in a digital content production environment).
A Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in a field related to language/marketing/communications).
