As a Junior Deployment Specialist, you will support the Marketing Automation team in executing and managing marketing campaigns through the marketing automation platform. You will play a crucial role in assisting with the deployment of email campaigns, automated workflows, and other marketing initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing automation technology and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns while working closely with the Marketing Automation Deployment Specialist.

Marketing Automation Campaign Execution
- Assist in building and deploying marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and trigger-based communications.
- Learn to set up and manage marketing automation workflows under the guidance of the Marketing Automation Deployment Specialist.
Email Campaign Management
- Support the creation and optimization of email templates for various marketing campaigns and audience segments.
- Learn to schedule and deploy email campaigns with attention to detail.
Data Management and Segmentation
- Assist in managing and maintaining the marketing automation platform's contact database, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
- Learn to segment the contact database based on various criteria for targeted and personalized campaigns.
Marketing Automation System Management
- Assist in monitoring the marketing automation platform's performance and health, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Deployment Specialist in troubleshooting issues and implementing system updates.
Reporting and Analysis
- Help monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics under the guidance of the Marketing Automation Deployment Specialist.
- Learn to provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all marketing automation activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation.

What you will need to do this job
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
