    Regional Growth Manager

    Purpose of the Role

    To achieve regional active subs targets set out for the Zoom Fibre financial year , ensuring we drive the right principles around managing sales and achieving revenue targets set out by business engaging with all associated channels to maximise results. Devise sales strategies to achieve set targets. Analyse and frequently report on sales performance per channel against targets. Ensure accurate processing and validation of data inputs for sales and related orders. Validate submitted claims by resellers/ trade partners.

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • Matric
    • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related, would be advantageous
    • Telecommunications sales strategy understanding preferable
    • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales or account management, preferably in the B2C ICT / Telecommunication Sector
    • A proven track record in closing high volumes of B2C ICT/Telecommunication Sector Sales

    Area Sales Manager

    Purpose of the Role

    • Ensure Resellers are well resourced and equipped to function at optimum levels.
    • Provide training and daily support and ensure we drive the right principles around managing sales and achieving revenue targets.
    • Ensure sales teams extract as much revenue from the allocated sales territory as possible by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.
    • Guide sales team around time management of daily required activities.

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • At least 2 years’ experience in sales or field sales team management, preferably in the B2C(FTTH)

    Paralegal

    Purpose of the Role

    • Assist the Legal Department with administration and simple legal matters
    • Conduct thorough legal research whilst supporting the Legal department in case preparation and other legal requests.
    • Analyze and synthesize legal information to provide clear and concise summaries when applicable. Draft legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
    • Review and proofread documents for completeness, consistency, compliance and deliver to Head of Legal for final review.
    • Assist in case management tasks, internal/external requests, including organizing files, maintaining calendars, and managing deadlines.
    • Coordinate with attorneys from time to time to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. 
    • Assess incoming requests from stakeholders whilst maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • Matric
    • Diploma in Law or LLB or basic tertiary education in Law.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in the legal field

    Regional Office Administrator

    Purpose of the Role

    To coordinate the smooth running and office administration of the respective branch. Ensuring that all office equipment is maintained, relevant records are kept up to date and that all office administration processes work effectively. Control & record keeping of all incoming office related correspondence. Maintain office supplies, stationery and equipment (including printers, telephones and conferencing facilities. Orientation of new staff, ensuring that new staff members have the appropriate stationery when they start, ensuring that on-baording forms are completed timeously. Meet with office landlord and suppliers to discuss services rendered and ensure that the SLA’s are adhered to. Planning and oversight of any and all installations completed at the office (conferencing facilities, fibre. Telephones, printers etc). Maintain good relationship with landlord and suppliers. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve office queries/complaints. Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment according to a set checklist. Check that invoice payments are made on time and purchase orders are accurate when maintaining office stock (stationery, kitchen stock etc.)

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • Matric
    • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
    • At least 1 years’ office administration experience
    • Good supervisory skills.
    • Good administrative, planning and organising skills.
    • Driver’s license and own vehicle.
    • Previous Telecommunications Experience (added advantage)
    • Worked in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent at multi-tasking and reporting.

    Debtors Clerk

    Purpose of the Role

    The Debtors Clerk plays a critical role in Zoom Fibre’s organization’s financial stability and success. Tasked with overseeing the accounts’ receivable function, this role is pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients while ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding debts. By leveraging expertise in financial systems and procedures, the Debtors Clerk contributes significantly to cash flow management and supports the overall financial health of the company. Manage the collection of current and overdue debts as owed to Zoom Fibre by ISPs. Monitor and track delinquent accounts, implementing strategies for effective recovery while preserving customer relationships. Escalate overdue accounts timeously. Spearhead the collection efforts for outstanding debts, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal compliance. Track collection efforts and provide reports on all accounts, up-to-date and overdue. Categorise ISPs accounts according to payment terms as defined in the MSA. Work closely with Key Accounts Managers in order to implement debt collection efforts. with all follow-ups on overdue accounts. implement debt collection efforts.

    • Matric
    • At least 24 months in a financial role
    • 12 months in a Debt collecting role
    • Reliable transport to and from work
    • Good supervisory skills
    • Good administrative, planning and organizing skills
