Junior Graphic Designer - Aeroton at Adendorff Machinery Mart

Responsibilities: 

Assisting with Design Execution: 

• Support senior designers in the creation of design elements. 
• Prepare visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts (website, social media etc.) 
• Help manage project deliverables and deadlines within assigned design tasks. 
• Contribute to the organization and preparation of design resources. 

Engaging in Collaboration and Feedback: 

• Participate actively in team discussions, sharing ideas and feedback. 
• Implement feedback into design revisions efficiently. 

Focusing on Skill Development: 

• Seek learning opportunities to stay up-to-date with design trends and software advancements. 
• Regularly practice and refine design skills through experimentation and project involvement. 

Attributes Required: 

• Design Software Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 
• Core Design Principles: Understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout. 
• Versatility in Digital & Print Projects: Initial experience across various design mediums. 
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work within teams and embrace constructive feedback. 
• Portfolio Development: Actively curating a diverse portfolio showcasing creativity and design capabilities. 
• Eager Learner: Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and growing within the design field.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. 
• 0-3 years of work experience. 
• Retail experience is an advantage.
