Junior Healthcare Recruiter - International at Adevia Health

Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive incoming leads / applications, screen them, dispatch accordingly
• Contact the lead, provide information to the candidate on the position andprogrammes available.
• Be fully conversant on the various processes (UK, Gulf, Germany)
• Responsible for timely contract signatures of your leads.
• Be responsible for the compliance of your candidates
• Set up interviews, coach candidates, explain the contracts
• Maintain contact lists and keep CRM up to date.
• Assist senior recruiters with various tasks.
• Feedback marketing with market intelligence
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Diploma / bachelor in business / Recruitment related degree
• Proficient in Office / Google Suite
• Knowledge of Hubspot / Sales Force
• Fluent in English
