Take ownership to resolve business service requests within 8 days by adhering to the requirements of the Applications Support SOP Document.
Take ownership to resolve business incidents within 8 hours days by adhering to the requirements of the incident management process as outlined in the Applications Support SOP Document.
Prevent calls from breaching agreed service levels by ensuring timeous and correct escalation of service requests/ incidents and adhering to the requirements of the escalation management process as outlined in the Applications Support SOP Document
Support business information systems maintenance and continuous improvement processes by completing and submitting RFC’s (Request For Change) as needed and ensuring approval by relevant managers as per IT Process before actioning it.
To support business continuity by performing rotational standby as per the agreed service roster to ensure customer care and second line availability when needed.
To support the creation of a high-performance IT support team and continuous improvement by participating and sharing knowledge in the daily scrums/Invocoms as required
Qualification Requirements
Matric/ Grade 12
Formal Qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting or related
IT internship qualification
Experience Requirements
Junior Level IT Position - 1-2 Years
