    Cashier - 655 - Outeniqua

    Job Description

    • Payments received are counted and recorded as per specifications
    • Cash Customer Receipt submitted by drivers and balanced
    • Cash deposited in the Drop Safe are recorded in the Drop Safe Register and signed off by security, the cashier and the driver
    • All cash received are captured in the cash receipt report made up deposits
    • Cash received are prepared for deposits as per specifications
    • Made up deposits recorded in Deposit Register as per SOP handed over cash (Cash Company)
    • Handed over cash is recorded in the Deposit Register
    • Deposit Register is signed by the cash company service provided in accordance with SOP
    • Bank deposit receipts balance 100% with the Deposit Register returned by the cash company service provider
    • All anomalies are rectified in accordance with specifications and cash reconciliations
    • Reconciliations are conducted daily and are 100% accurate and balance with system
    • Filing and general administration for the Site.
    • To credit all cash on Site and assist with general administration.

    Qualification Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivelant 

    Experience Requirements

    • Pressurised environment
    • Required to on rotational 12-hour shifts including night shift, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as per shift roster.
    • Relevant Bakery experience within am FMCG environment
    • 2 years’ related cashier experience, and 2 – 3 years in an administrative position essential.

    Junior Information Technology Consultant - Midrand Waterfall

    Your Role will include:

    • Take ownership to resolve business service requests within 8 days by adhering to the requirements of the Applications Support SOP Document.
    • Take ownership to resolve business incidents within 8 hours days by adhering to the requirements of the incident management process as outlined in the Applications Support SOP Document.
    • Prevent calls from breaching agreed service levels by ensuring timeous and correct escalation of service requests/ incidents and adhering to the requirements of the escalation management process as outlined in the Applications Support SOP Document
    • Support business information systems maintenance and continuous improvement processes by completing and submitting RFC’s (Request For Change) as needed and ensuring approval by relevant managers as per IT Process before actioning it.
    • To support business continuity by performing rotational standby as per the agreed service roster to ensure customer care and second line availability when needed.
    • To support the creation of a high-performance IT support team and continuous improvement by participating and sharing knowledge in the daily scrums/Invocoms as required

    Qualification Requirements

    • Matric/ Grade 12
    • Formal Qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting or related
    • IT internship qualification

    Experience Requirements

    • Junior Level IT Position - 1-2 Years
    • Enterprise Resource Planning systems Exposure (example SAP, SAGE, ORACLE, Microsoft Dynamics GP)
    • Basic Financial Accounting Principles - Desirable
    • Basic Understanding SQL queries - Desirable

    Supervisor Production - Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure optimal bread production process efficiencies and effectiveness for consistent high-quality bread.
    • Ensure baking process delivers consistent high-quality products within specifications in collaboration with the maintenance manager.
    • Ensure high performance production shift team as per the Premier Way.
    • Ensure full statutory compliance to all health and safety and food safety requirements in line with Premier standards and SOP’s by ensuring training of relevant persons, observation, coaching and assessment of SOPs as per requirements and team educational plan.
    • Drive continuous improvement of bread production processes.
    • Support continuous operations and optimal working conditions by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address team issues and resolve problems.

    Qualification Requirements

    • Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy - Essential
    • Chamber of Baking certificate - Essential

    Experience Requirements

    • FMCG Plant Bakery Production supervisory experience (plant size minimum of 5000 loaves per hour) - 3-5 Years – Essential

    Sales Assistant - Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities

    • Bread Sales
    • Loading and off-loading of bread
    • Monitoring of stock
    • Products picked according to invoice
    • Shelves packed according to SOP
    • Quality of bread is checked - no damaged bread is delivered to customers, damaged bread separated as procedure
    • Damaged crates are separated as per procedure
    • Damaged items are reported to Salesman Driver
    • Ensure crates are returned daily according to SOP
    • Ensure proper product handling to reduce returns and damages
    • Customer communication is enforced to ensure correct ordering and management of crates at customer
    • Safe working practices

    Qualification Requirements

    • Grade 12 (with Maths being advantageous for career development)

    Experience Requirements

    • Valid code C1 license & PDP – essential
    • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry with emphasis on customer service FMCG background and sound knowledge of bread

    General Worker Dispatch

    Key Responsibilities

    • Stack crates with bread from transfer cages
    • Follow pipeline stacking sequence
    • Attend daily invocoms
    • Ensure that quality bread is packed correctly on trays
    • Report back on stacking related matters to warehouse supervisors
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Adhere to all Company rules and procedures
    • Ensure optimal Efficiencies
    • Administration and record control
    • SOP's, hygiene and housekeeping

    • Health & Safety

    Qualification Requirements

    • Grade 12 with numerical skills

    Experience Requirements

    • At least 1-2 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment
